4 bollards needs replacing.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14188102.

All 4 plastic bollards shown in the picture are defective. One has been completely destroyed. The other 3 standing are all missing their reflectors. The bollards are on Henlle Lane at the rear exit of the Lion Quays. Traffic speeds past this point.. no speed limit so this is now dangerous.
