Numerous potholes and ridge in road

These potholes have appeared again even though they were repaired barely 2 months ago. There is also a ridge in the road by the potholes and my vehicle grounded in the middle as a result causing possible damage to the underneath of the vehicle. The road surface keeps collapsing Clearly the road has not been repaired sufficiently to last with all the very heavy lorries and large tractors using the lane.
