Salt bin not accessible

Severn Trent did work on the lane a few weeks ago and knocked over the salt bin. It’s seriously heavy and cannot be moved, and currently inaccessible. We are heavily reliant on this in winter, it makes a difference on whether we can get out or not in icy conditions. I reported this to Severn Trent at the time but they didn’t deal with it.
