Water not draining properly

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14187415.

Customer said that his family and other residents can be stuck inside for long periods of time when there is heavy rain there as the water can come up to and over the footpaths and stays around for several days, possibly due to poor drainage.
