Blocked drains on Stourbridge road

The drains at the end of the access road to properties on the Stourbridge Road just off the bottom of Lodge lane are blocked. In the downpour on Friday 31st October at 4:30, this lead to the drains overflowing and an overflow being grated which flowed directly into the property of 15 Stourbridge Road.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
