Bollards required to protect wall

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14187069.

Customer has asked if someone could contact her to advise on the possibility of having bollards or something like that installed along the boundary as the wall keeps getting hit by large vehicles. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now and it is costing them lots of money to keep having the wall repaired.
