Part of iron fencing protruding into carriageway

Hello There is part of an old iron fencing protruding out of the hedgerow into the carriageway which will be dangerous for any road user that pulls too far over, like when there is a large vehicle coming in the opposite direction. Please could you look into this. Thank you
