Water runs off road onto property

I previously reported this problem a couple of years ago, about 3 months ago someone came to look and told me it would be fixed in a week or two, and that the case I raised would be closed. No work has been done yet to fix the issue (since road was top dressed the curb is too low) but the case was closed. Please can someone arrange for this work to be done asap!
