Recurring dangerous pothole

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14186949.

Despite being "fixed" numerous times this pothole on the bridge had reappeared over recent weeks, and metal is now sticking up out of it. Extremely dangerous, and hard to see. Seems to be a smaller pothole on opposite side of road next to it too.
