Overgrown hedge on Bluebell Way

The hedge running along the public green area on Bluebell Way is overgrown. Betts Estates have now cut the inside edge and the top, but apparently Shropshire Council are responsible for the outside edge which is starting to encroach on the footpath.

    As the leaves have now all fallen from the hedge it is much harder to see that it is overgrown, but as per the attached photo you can see that it has not been trimmed back for a long time, if ever. Betts Estates trimmed the inside edge and the top after I reported to them, which tidied it up considerably, so it is a shame that Shropshire Council are refusing to do their part. Could it at least be scheduled a trim in the spring when the leaves come back?

    Now the leaves are back on the hedge, you can see how it needs cutting back please - before it grows further as it will do throughout the summer

    Please can this be reviewed again as parts of the path are now impassable where the hedge has grown out. It is impossible to get wheelchairs and pushchairs past and we must walk in the road. This needs to be added to an annual maintenance schedule please, along with the large kerbside weeds on the same estate which I always have to report to get sprayed.
