Drain not flowing freely

There is a manhole cover in the.pavement that workmen from Network Rail had lifted. It runs from black bridge under the village square to a culvert on Old Whittington Road. It was obvious that this pipework very dry it had dry leaves in it. Network Rail were employing cctv. Please ensure that it is investigated and that the water runs freely through it before the winter. W3W location ///belly.lads.cracks
