Salt bin split open - end of Caernarfon Lane

A car appears to have hit the salt bin (tyre mark on grass and black bumper mark on bin). The bin is split open at one end and the salt will be washed out by rain. A replacement is requested as I frequently use the salt on these dangerous corners in winter. Thank you :-)
