11 Normandie Close, Ludlow have been renovating their garden and pushed a large amount of their old garden fence over their back fence which backs on to Dark Lane, Ludlow ( W3W : ///manifests.purse.smiling ) In the photos ive attached you can see the new fencing that they are now putting up in their garden to replace the fence they have fly tipped. I’ve circled the new fence in a red circle on one of the photos to prove the work is ongoing and why they have flytipped; they are working on their garden and just pushed their rubbish onto the footpat. The path was completely blocked by their fly tipping until local residents cleared a way through for a wheelchair user who was stuck and had no where else to go to get around it. They are always throwing their garden rubbish & animal waste over this fence onto this very well used path. An excellent path for wheelchair/electric wheelchair/dog walkers/local workers to shortcut from one side of town to the industrial unit so they don’t need use a car They have been approached about the fly tipping by neighbours on Normandie Close and 11 Normandie Close replied: “Prove it!” They need dealing with and prosecuting for using Dark Lane as their own personal ‘tip’
