Storm drain blocked by entrance to Hawthorn Close

This was reported 12/01/2025 and has still not been addressed causing a flood at the entrance to Hawthorn Close all last winter and preventing access to the water stop taps that serve the properties,which we would be unable to access in case of emergency. Now we are getting to the bad weather season this requires sorting please. Severn Trent have recently sent e-mails out asking to report these type of issues.
