The issue you reported has been assessed and added to our list of roads of engineering concern. This means more extensive work is required than simple spot repairs. It will be considered for work as part of a larger scheme of road maintenance as funding allows.
Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious issues. The list is not completed on a first come first served basis but based upon several risk and resource factors. A site's priority on the list changes regularly. Factors include weather related emergency work or awaiting the optimal time of year to complete works.
Due to limited and changing resources we are unable to provide an exact timescale. Often this can be months to years.
We will continue to undertake routine inspections in the meantime, whereby notifiable safety issues are recorded and scheduled for action in the interim.
For more information, please see our website at: https://next.shropshire.gov.uk/ roads-and-highways/ plans-policies-and-strategies/ asset-management/
This report will now be closed.

The potholes were filled on 22/12/26 and less than 2 months later they are now bad if not worse than they were before they repaired them. They are still dangerous and upto 100mm deep. The report should not be closed until the repairs have been carried out.
