Photo 1 - drain cover to show drain run in hedge Photo 2 - c 50m further S, blocked drain? Photo 3 - c 100m further S, drain that works I think

Big local concern, gets flooded a lot, not enough drain? Where do they go to? Do farmers need to be asked to clear field ditches more?
