Fall caused by poor state of P & R car park

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14185589.

Customer had a fall in the P & R car park last week. She had parked up and just got out and started walking when she trod on some plastic which came up and slid which sent her up in the air. She landed very badly and injured her arm and her shoulder. She works as a cleaner in a school, so she is now unable to work. She asked for us to make sure that the surface in the car park is made safe and properly maintained.
