Grass verge needs taking away

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14185554.

Outside Little thatch cottage Hatton Tf9 2tr the lane is very narrow this is a unmarked lane and there is large vehicle's like tractors using this on regular basis outside this property there is a grass verge and these vehicle are mounting it when going passed which is having a impact on her wall. Customer wants someone to go out and inspect this situation and take away some of grass verge on opposite side to prevent this happening
