Hole in the pavement

This hole was originally a big crack and has been there for approx two weeks. Bt open reach were accessing the internet cables for number 9 I think and afterward that the crack appeared. This morning it has turned into a collapsed pavement with a large home and lots of exposed wires that if rained on could cause power cuts I assume and damage to internet and other services. It is very dangerous I have a 5yr old and this hole is right outside my house. Please fix this asap this week.
