Street mirror tampered with. Dangerous when leavi g earls dittonane onto A4117 towards ludlow

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14185336.

This .irror was new last year, it has been tampered with and pushed upwards so it is very dangereous for people exiting from the lane.
