DVSA lease U1 The Business Quarter Eco Park Road, Ludlow, SY8 1FD.

Recently there were travellers staying behind the unit on land owned by Shropshire Council. Behind the DVSA’s unit. The green dot on the aerial image named ‘DVSA Ludlow Boundary’ indicates the location of where human waste has been left.

As this falls outside of DVSA’s demise and within the council’s freehold demise, they have asked me to contact you to arrange that this is cleared / cleaned.

Could you confirm when you can have this cleared?

  • Can you give a timeline of when this will be cleared? Given it is human waste and has been there for some time the situation is getting worse for all the occupiers around there.
