Drains blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14185124.

Customer reporting her previous report says report closed work completed when it hasnt been completed. says the drains are still blocked and whenever it rains it runs into the village , customers are elderly and try to use brum and shovel to get rid of mud and water but the rain will cause the same issue , please can someone come and clean the drains

  • Women rang to say that also the drains by Marton cottage are full in the village of Kempton, she said there is about 6 drains that are full and need cleaning out as well as the main one on the B4385.
