Reoccurring potholes.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184779.

Reoccurring potholes and breaking up of the "filled, repaired holes" These are on the metal structure of the bridge and despite one being "repaired'" the other one on the opposite carriageway wasn't. The tarmac is already breaking up again. A hole will be enevitable.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • Massive hole has once again formed and another one starting to form on the opposite carriageway. I reported this and warned you of likely damage and further holes forming last month. Now there is a massive hole which is going to cause damage to vehicles and cost SC more money!

  • Surprisingly the opposite side pothole is now massive and is now exposing the bridge structure.

    I cannot understand why this was not fixed on Tuesday when workman were out at 9.30pm temporarily fixing the one a few inches away.

    This bridge needs structurally investigating and not just adding more tarmac! The traffic using this bridge has massively increased, therefore so has the traffic crossing the bridge!
