Bollard and light defective

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184701.

The junction of the A41, approaching towards the A41 from Lockley Storage - ref What3words recent.rationing.graph has been out of action for months. There are no street lights approaching a major road and the junction is not visible owing to lack of bollard or bollard lighting? This is extremely dangerous.
