In layby just off A53

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184647.

Customer reported a large amount of flytipping in the layby just off the A53 heading towards Shawbury. He said that there are probably several skiploads there, mostly paving slabs, roof tiles, some wood and other household refuse mixed in with it.
