My daughter is living in the bungalow the access is appalling they are disabled adults

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184577.

The pathway are awful and my daughter is struggling to walk along them . The kerb is to high could i drop kerb be outside/ near her bungalow . She is also is vision impaired she has fallen several times and hurt herself . Please could it be looked at asap . She is in bungalow 2 . This is a college for disabled adults i would have expected the road surface etc to be better than they are
