Flooding right on bend

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184555.

Driving along at 60 and car came at us on our side of the road in an attempt to avoid the water that was the full length across their lane. I don't believe they slowed down in preparation. Had to slam on breaks. It will cause an accident.
