Pot hole opened in middle of the road

Noticed an area of tarmac where there is a pot hole arisen in the middle of the road where I have marked on the map. This hole is currently holding water and needs re tarmacing as soon as possible as it’s a busy road. Could have been caused by accident a couple weeks ago in the same area of road where lorry was on its side and drove into nearby driveway wall.
