Large stump hanging on by single root

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184403.

There is a large stump above the road which is handing on by a single root. When the root either comes loose or gives way this could either land on a vehicle while driving or cause a large hazard in the road. This could be a risk to life.
