Trailer abandoned by elderly couple after wheel came off. When asked how they plan to remove the trailer they replied they won’t be making any arrangements.

This is parked opposite Poole hall fishery on a very busy 60mph road. The trailer is very close to the carriage way and is obscuring the view of oncoming traffic when neighbouring properties are trying to leave their driveways. I am concerned this will cause an accident given the excess speed that motorcycles drive on this road, especially during hours of darkness as the trailer has no lighting.
