Excessive leaves and overgrown grass/ edges covering / blocking road gulleys and drains

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14184092.

Hedge needs cutting back and leaves collecting which are blocking and covering road gulleys and drains. As soon as it rains the road floods as gulleys and drains block within minutes. Resulting in the public needing to constantly handball leaves out the gulleys to prevent flooding. A lot of rain fall is due soon so this needs doing asap please
