At the junction of Beacon Lane and Old Hall Lane, Romsley near WV15 6HR. Beacon Lane is the road off of the Romsley Lane that goes past Poolhouse Farm. There is a witness who saw the vehicle do it 3 days ago, but unable to see reg.
