  • Please ensure the contractors bring the correct Alan key so that they can open the drain when they come to do the work. There is currently a road traffic cone on the drain to stop motorists from driving over it as it is now dangerously dropped. This gets knocked over every day.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
