Weeds with strong long roots blocking kerb drains and mud left by tractors.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183930.

The weeds and mud prevent road surface water on A53 entering the drainage system. When this happens one of my neighbour's drive floods when it rains.
