As part of the improvement works you have installed a new street light in Chester Street. This is invasive, and I dont think that it in doubt that it will cause a statutory light nuisance when commisioned. I am sure that your Environmental Health service will confirm, given this photo from my BEDROOM window! No consultation, and no response to my previous service request several moths ago

You are installing a Street light immediately by my bedroom window which will inevitably cause a statutory light nuisance. Refer to the photo taken from my bedroom window. Suggest you liaise with Environmental Health. This can be remedied now, before the stat nuisance arises as a consequence of the installation. Please contact me directly to discuss, as I am yet to receive a response having contacted you previously
