Sink hole in pavement as roadworks
Reported via desktop in the Pothole in a pavement category anonymously at 12:33, Wed 3 September 2025
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183892.
A sink hole has appeared and is getting bigger and deeper. Looks like from the laying of the EV cables a few months ago.

Hello, Did you actually send an engineer to inspect the defect? I don’t understand how a void under a pavement does not need to be fixed, the is already a hole into the void that could easily hurt a toddler or dog walking. Also the lamppost next to the void is loose and easily wobbled 6 inches . The is no number on the lamppost but its on the corner of little Oxon lane.
