Defective/loose inspection Cover in road Chester Street. Has been marked with a white blob by an engineer as can be seen in photo. Inspection cover loose, and potentially hazardous with loud clacking sound throughout day and night.

Defective inspection Cover in road Chester Street. Has been marked with a white blob by an engineer when I pointed it out to him, as can be seen in photos. May relate to contractor work (Severn Trent). If so, assume you will be requiring them to repair their work. Defective post road being resurfaced as part of improvement works. Presumably not picked up in snagging. Cover presents a hazard and makes loud clacking sound whenever a vehicle passes over it (so a nuisance to those living immediately by it through the night).
