Temporary traffic lights still there after Severn Water abandoned its work

The busy A49 is having constant delays by the temporary traffic lights which were installed 7 days ago. The work permit (for this site) expired on Friday 29th. There is a hole and associated debris left after a repair was done - hence continued traffic lights. No sign of any activity
