Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183879.

Opposite Stubbs Parkin South on Dodington Whitchurch. Obvious signs of neglect. Flat tyres. This has been reported several times. Today I was informed by the council that its the DVLA and/or police responsibility to remove. This is incorrect. Please see link: https://www.gov.uk/ guidance/ abandoned-vehicles-council-responsibilities#:~:text=it%20has%20no%20keeper%20on,investigate%20and%20remove%20abandoned%20vehicles.

This vehicle, although taxed, meets more than one of the criteria for local authorities to have it removed.

7 day notice can be put on the vehicle and if not removed after that, it is the council's responsibility to have it removed.
