Series of pot holes and erosion

A seriies of pot holes, ranging from 20cm wide to over 4ft long. With both sides and edges of road eroded away. Previous repairs have now fallen apart/joined up with new pot holes. Starts on the corner of common lane as the lane emerges from the wood (before the drive to Yew Rig house. And continues just past the entrance to Heywood Farm.
