Temporary 3 way light...no permit and no work

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183707.

These 3 way lights have been in place for nearly 2 weeks. There is no permit listed on your website or the one network live map...no works notifications at the location either. Of course no work is taking place. I note that Openreach have a permit but this is not valid until 11th September
