Loose/missing man hole cover

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14183580.

Had a phone call from a member of the public saying that the manhole on the left as you go into the car park is loose/missing (he spoke very fast and I didn't quite catch it all) and that the cover for it is loose too. He also said he and and an old lady had a closer look and there where children down the manhole. He told them to get out. This was reported to me yesterday and I did email customer service about it yesterday, 28/8/25.
