Storm Water drainage pipe damaged - needs fixing before we get too much rain.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183565.

Highley. Borle Mill Bank. The stormwater drain pipe, taking the water from the bank into the Borle Brook, on the Highley side, is damaged where it lies in the small field, near the bridge. This may prevent it it discharging into the Brook. Can someone check it out please?
