Blocked drain causing danger

This has been reported many times as during rainfall it floods both residents properties and the pavement causing risk of falling to pedestrians when accessing the bus stop etc. Currently the pavement is dug up by contractors and a broken pipe can be clearly seen. This is an urgent matter.
