Hedgrow growing into the road

The hedge along the roadside has been allowed to encroach onto the highway. Therefore the road is now too narrow for vehicles to pass side by side. There is a row of reflective highway bollards actually buried within the hedge which shows where the edge of the highway used to be. It is dangerous and could cause an accident...
