Pothole NOT fixed

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14183267.

Today I received a report to tell me the pothole was fixed. So I went and checked it out, but all I could see was that instead of filling the pothole, the surface has just been sprayed with tar then chippings added on top. So the hole is still there! Are you now just trying to disguise the potholes, what is going on?
