Damaged Kerbs due to lorries using lane and going over the kerb to allow oncoming vehicles to get past an attempt has been made previously to repair these by yourselves following a previous report without success. They are no beyond repair and need replacing. The road is now not allowing for surface water to drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182992.
This has previously been reported and a repair done but to the nature of the vehicles that use the lane etc from the factories they have now been broken again. This is causing a problem with water draining away or off the highway.

Customer has called to advised she has received a email to say problem fixed, Customer has advised the kerbstones are crumbled and snapped and have not been fixed. customer thinks they have possibly cleaned the drain and the gully, but they have not fixed the kerb stones. Please can the kerb stones be looked at and addressed ASAP, as these also act as drainage.
