Dog pooh bin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14182947.

Re instate dog pooh bin on hazelwells road. Council removed damaged one months ago. Never replaced with a new one. We have had an instance where someone placed their dog pooh bag in our black bin when it has been out for collection. Not acceptable
