Sunken cover

These two issues are next to each other. One is a manhole cover that is damaged and sinking. It has been repaired in the past but has been driven over again and is showing signs of sinking. the shop owner has reported it as a trip hazard. Also the glass cover to a drain next door to this manhole is broken the glass is all damaged and could cause injury should someone fall on it (bearing in mind this is right next to the trip hazard reported this is a possibility)
