I have reposted this issue over the last several years. This alleyway is a disgrace. Overgrown to the point the hedges are touching. Someone is throwing their dog poo bags the length of the alleyway. Rubbish from young people either taking or dealing drugs. Now a rat hole. I can see this issue has been reported by others several months ago and still nothing done. This is a health hazard. I live a few doors down and have now seen rats in my garden. I have been a resident for nearly 30 years, never has Monkmoor looked so dirty and scruffy. It is an offence to leave dog excrement in public, this person needs to be stopped. I would like to know why the alleyway to upton lane gets cleaned but this one is just left?
